What we hold ourselves to
For the Müller-Guttenbrunn Group communication carries the highest priority — with authorities, take-back systems, suppliers and staff.
All operations of the group work within the applicable national and European waste law. Permits, treatment records and consignment notes are part of daily business, not an administrative afterthought.
We work purposefully towards a recycling society. Our focus is on the greatest possible depth of recycling, taking all regional and local environmental concerns into account.

Cross-border
Waste shipment within the group
Material streams move between six countries — each with its own enforcement practice.
Because the group operates in Austria, Germany, Czechia, Hungary, Romania and Switzerland, cross-border transports are part of normal operations. They fall under the EU Waste Shipment Regulation, which requires notifications, financial guarantees and records.
For partners that means: when material moves from one site of the group to another, the route is documented and supervised by the authorities. It is more work than a purely domestic solution — and the reason we are a dependable partner for Central European take-back systems.
