Vacancies change continuously. If nothing fits, a speculative application is worth it — we are looking for skilled people in engineering and plant operation almost all the time.
Production operative (m/f/d) — MGG Metran, 3331 Kematen an der Ybbs. Working on the non-ferrous processing lines, on a shift pattern.
Beyond that we welcome speculative applications at any time: for plant engineering and maintenance, plant operation, workshop and fleet, laboratory and quality assurance, and for administration, purchasing and sales.

A family business means short routes
Since July 2025 freshly prepared meals have been available to all staff at the Amstetten site.
The owner family works in the business — by now in the fourth generation. Decisions are therefore rarely taken in a committee you never get to see.
What counts here is understanding materials. Anyone who can see what is in a pile and knows which separation stage makes sense next carries more weight with us than a job title.
Alongside the work there are team activities, joint sports events and company clothing in our own design — no substitute for good working conditions, but a sign that people here belong together.
